Day 3 - Augsburg

Today started with breakfast as usual before the guys, minus Tim (Who has a phobia of running) ran down to the course. The morning session was on the middle channel, going back to the basics for a change. The afternoon session was walk-backs on the top half of the course; the most challenging, and enraging part of the session being getting in and out of the boats in the swirly, surgy eddys, combined with clambering up and down the high, vertical walls of the main Augsburg channel. Dinner was at the same restaurant as the previous night before everyone had an early night.
