Foix,
Today started with a tour of Foix's castle in the rain, along with climbing countless stairs there were amazing views of Foix and our Hotel (see the Swisse Van in the hotel Car Park)
After this we headed to the course for the usual training session, followed by a massive lunch at the hostel. In the afternoon the boys had another training session while the girls rested for their race tomorrow.
Food at the hotel is good with breakfast, 3 course lunch and 3 course dinner included in the deal. This is making it easy for Colin (no shopping)
Looking forward to Qualifications tomorrow.
