Today we moved out of our accommodation in the town to the BLZ right on the course. Antra was sick and had the day off. She has now been placed in quarantine.

We did loops this morning which is always fun to get the heart pumping when you are still half asleep. Our boats had more contact with the wall than they did with the water, but that's just Augsburg and it's massive boils

Ethan spent most of the day fitting out his new C1 and missed out on our trip to the biggest shopping centre I have ever seen in my life. You could buy clothes and sporting gear right next to carrots and broccoli.

The accommodation has an awesome pool, a mammoth table tennis room and a 5 star gym, no wonder the Germans are so massive.

We did a white water tech session on the main channel in the afternoon, the boys did an hour and a half warm down which consisted of swimming down the canal and then had a swim in the heated pool. All while we were supposed to be filming the girl' session, but Antra was on it with some excellent filming skills.

We had Mexican for dinner and it was tasty and eventful. Ethan had a 2 € bet to eat a whole fajita without spilling any. He won. Antra was then caught by the waiter stealing salt out of the shaker, She got away with a warning from the police but no marks against her name.
