Today started with an early morning breakfast accompanied with warm milk this was quiet delightful (hmm). We left for Roudnice for an eleven o'clock session on the whitewater, in which tash enjoyed a roll inhaling sewage.

After the session Antra and Geoff took a trip to the hospital to find a cure for antras "black plague". Mean while the rest of us ventured into the local town, all we found was a crap coffee shop and a hot girl serving ice-cream; " I went and got the ice-cream"(Ethan).
Later in the afternoon we seeked refuge in the car; well everyone except for Tash who was not allowed as she wet her pants at lunch. The next session commenced at five, most of us were already exaughsted.

After the session we went directly to dinner as Zlatan was extremely hungry and no one gets in between Zlatan and his stomach. The meal was good and pasta fresh which pleased the tastebuds but the lack of the size ment the meal had to be followed by a dessert consisting of fresh apricots and berry. After the long day we retire to a warm sleep in bed in which I write to you.
