Australian Junior Tour - 2008

The Australian Junior Canoe/Kayak Slalom team will depart Australia on the 4th July 2008 to travel to Central Europe to compete in the ICF Junior World Canoe Slalom Championships in Roudnice, Czech Republic. The team will fly into Frankfurt and then travel to Augsburg for training on the Olympic slalom course. The team arrives in Augsburg on the weekend of the World Cup, so they will be supporting our senior team. After Augsburg the team will travel to Oetz, Austria for some training on the course at Oetz, we are also planning a trip to paddler at Lofer. The team will then be down to the business end of the tour and we will travel to Roudnice in preparation for the championships to held on the 25th, 26th and 27th July 2008. After the championships the team will have a rest day in Prague before returning to Augsburg on the way back to Frankfurt to fly home.
