We left the accommodation at 9:45am and arrived soon after, we all quickly got the boats off and all our paddles and headed to the boat area. We then found out where the change rooms were and I donno about the girls but the guys all ran out to them just to check them out. When we got changed we sprinted to the water just so we started right on time 11:01 the time came when we got to go up the convey belt I think we all had the same mind but like mine and Allys it was like going up a roller coaster WOOOHOOOO!!!!! But only people got scared going down the drop. As half the session was almost done maddy was so curious about this drop she just wanted to see what was underneath so while she struggled with this gate she surly got front row seats to a underwater show with her side angle submarine. You know what this means don't you guys …. ICECREAMS ALL ROUND shame it was to cold. after the session we all got hot lunch YES THAT'S RIGHT NOO BREAD ROLLS! The food we received was spaghetti or chicken.

After the session we all got a little time 4 budging or some people school work cough cough but soon enough the time ended with heading to a local slalom club for flat/moving water anaerobic session (gravel race). We then headed back to pick up Jeff and head to dinner. This was a really nice dinner only thing was Victoria was a translator seeing the food menu was in German. After dinner we then headed back home for a little game of volleyball. With the best team winning the red storms (our team).
