Woke up to another great breakfast with lots of salami and cheese. We then made our way down to the course minus Phil M due to illness. Ian was unable to paddle because he broke his strap anchors. The morning was spent on an ever rising river doing quarter length runs. This was done while Ian and Phil G went about fixing Ian's boat. This was to no avail as then resin was mixed incorrectly (Ian's Fault). When we got back Ian, Karl and Ben did the repair all over again. The others went shopping in the non existent town centre. They then attempted to find the shopping centre but failed terribly. The afternoon was filled by another paddling session in halves this time. After everyone pretty much got sun stroke from the heat we cruised home for grub.
