Dear diary,

Today started at 7:30 in the morning with stretching as per usual. And we had an Italian breakfast at 8 which consisted of sweet croissants and little rolls. At 9 we all hopped in the bus and made our way down the slalom course for a nice training session. Once again Tom and Talis snapped their tail on the course. The mozzies attacked us in there swarms of hundreds while the coaches indulged in their insect repellent the paddlers just put up with it. The rest of the day consisted of the team having a nice Siesta except for tom who was tied upside onto a soccer goal post and wet with a hose then left to dry. Part of the team sleeping through the second training session of the day. Dinner was great as per usual unlike Slovenia… ITALIANS DO IT BEST… It is now 7 and the team is getting ready for a big day at Bourg St Maurice in France tomorrow:
